I'm a holistic counsellor, yoga & meditation teacher, and lover of all things yoga (and nature🌳). Wellbeing involves harmony between mental, physical and spiritual aspects of self. My passion to help others empower themselves to heal and grow, to function more fully from the wholeness of who they are, is what shapes my lifestyle and my business.

Gentle Flow Yoga, Chair Yoga & Meditation to uplift your body, mind & soul.

Offering classes across various locations in the Adelaide North Eastern suburbs, I bring you my unique style of yoga for healthy ageing. Classes are back and joint friendly, with a deliberate, slower paced approach that is gentle yet still dynamic, to give us all, no matter our age, the opportunity to reap the benefits of yoga with improved well-being, so we can all enjoy a style of yoga that is suitable for our ever changing bodies. You don’t have to be young or fit, strong or flexible to reap all the wonderful benefits of yoga.

My style of yoga aims to suit the needs of each individual. All my yoga classes are layered to accommodate for the different levels of experience and abilities that each person brings to class. Modifications are offered so that everyone in class can move into and experience the benefits of the practice. Each yoga class incorporates yoga postures (asana), flowing sequences, breathwork (pranayama), mindfulness and meditation.

My career as a Registered Nurse, not to mention my own personal life experience, have given me much understanding, skills and experience to ensure that each student experiences a rewarding, safe and enjoyable practice.

‘The success of Yoga does not lie in the ability to perform postures, but in how it positively changes the way we live our life.’ T.K.V.Desikachar
