🥣 Dietitian Pick of the Week! ⁠

Check out our dietitian Mattea’s current go-to breakfast: Vanilla Berry Overnight Weet-Bix 💜

Ingredients
3 Weet-Bix biscuits

½ tsp cinnamon (+ extra for topping)

1–2 tbsp shredded coconut

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 handful frozen mixed berries (lightly heated & smashed)

Milk of choice (enough to soak)

Yoghurt Layer

100g high-protein plain yoghurt

100g high-protein vanilla yoghurt

Dash of cinnamon

Topping

Extra cinnamon

Cocoa powder (to taste)

Instructions

1. Base: Crush Weet-Bix in a bowl. Mix in cinnamon, coconut, protein powder, and berries. Add enough milk to soak (not too runny).

2. Yoghurt: Combine yoghurts with a dash of cinnamon.

3. Assemble: Layer yoghurt over the base. Top with extra cinnamon and cocoa.

4.Chill: Refrigerate for 15+ mins or overnight.

Serve cold & enjoy!
