Laura The Legend

After years of inspiring, sweating and absolutely slaying the music playlist game- it’s time for us to say a bittersweet goodbye to the amazing Laura.

Laura has been part of the Cosmic family for years, sharing her passion across yoga, reformer and more recently mat pilates.

Her classes were equal parts challenging and entertaining, often planking to Rage Against The Machine one minute, and then cooling down with a singalong to Sweet Caroline the next. 🎵❤️‍🔥
Laura’s playlists and classes were nothing short of iconic- at times even taking song requests for a collaborate sweat effort 🥵

Now she’s off to start a new adventure in Tassie, and while we are SO excited for her, we will miss her energy, her laugh and her kind heart.

Laura, thank you for everything you’ve given to our community. Tassie is so lucky to have you 🤎

Our Cosmic Flow 1 & 2 Yoga classes are heated to a comfortable 32 degrees. Kind of like that beautiful, tropical heat when you walk off the plane at that dream destination.

The heat helps you to relax and release tension, to accelerate your body’s natural detoxification systems, therefore promoting healthy skin tone and overall well-being.
