POV: December is typically one of the busiest times of the year for a psychologist in private practice, and this December will be especially so for me (both personally & professionally).
Follow my stories from
Dec 1 - 25
where I share behind the scenes snippets of the lifestyle psychology strategies that I typically lean into during this time of the year, in order to take care of my own mental health and wellbeing.
Please remember, these strategies are not prescriptive strategies for YOU to have to follow. We are all different and must tailor any lifestyle psychology strategies to our individual needs and capacity at any given time.
🗣️P.S:
Priortising how we use our energy is a key component of lifestyle psychology, and I intend to honour that within myself … as always. So, some of the stories may be posted in retrospect to reflect the actual prioritising of the strategies, over and above any immediate pressure to post something in the moment.
