I’m so excited to share that Precision Health is now available through LMC ✨

Sustainable health change doesn’t come from guessing, jumping between plans, or following advice that was never designed for you.

It comes from understanding your body, having a clear direction, and knowing exactly what to focus on - and why.

That’s what the Precision Health Pathway is built for.

A structured, science-led approach to take you from feeling stuck and frustrated to having real clarity over what your body needs.

The Roadmap:
1️⃣ Discover - Using validated scientific assessment tools and the precision health platform, we build a detailed, objective picture of how your body works - your biology, your patterns, your health drivers. It’s this data that tells us where to focus, and why.

2️⃣ Plan - Using your results, Dr Marny designs a tailored plan focused on where you will see the greatest positive change. No generic checklists.

3️⃣ Implement - Practical health coaching support with our experienced women’s health coach, Lauren, to help you put the plan into action in a way that fits your real life, preferences, and capacity

4️⃣ Continue - You build the understanding and confidence to keep going, with support as you need it.

This isn’t another thing to try and abandon. It’s a step-by-step pathway to understanding your body and having a clear path forward - with science to back every recommendation.

If you’ve been piecing things together on your own and are sick of the trial and error, this is your clearer way forward.

If you feel like you’re eating less than ever and your body still isn’t responding the way it used to — you’re not imagining it.

There are real physiological shifts happening in midlife.

Three key changes start to influence how your body responds:

➡️ Changes in oestrogen can shift where fat is stored — often more around the abdomen

➡️ Your body may become a little less sensitive to insulin over time, meaning energy is handled differently than it was in your 20s and 30s

➡️ We gradually lose muscle mass (sarcopenia), which can affect metabolism and how strong and energised you feel

The part many women aren’t told is that pushing harder with restriction isn’t the answer.

What tends to be more helpful is shifting the focus:
→ eating in a way that supports muscle and keeps you satisfied
→ incorporating strength-based movement to maintain muscle over time
→ creating daily patterns that support more stable energy

An approach that actually matches the body you have now.
Not extremes — just the right foundations, done consistently.

That’s exactly what we focus on inside the Women’s Lifestyle Reset — practical, evidence-informed support designed for midlife.

If you feel like what used to work for your health just… doesn’t anymore - you’re not alone 🤍

So many of the women I see are doing all the “right” things, but still feel like they’re constantly starting over.

It’s not a lack of motivation.
And it’s not that you’re doing it wrong.

A lot of health advice is built for ideal conditions - perfect routines, plenty of time, and very little competing demand.

But real life doesn’t look like that.

Most health plans don’t fit into the reality of midlife - balancing work, family, and everything else on your plate.

Short challenges can get you started, but don’t always last.

Longer programs can feel hard to sustain. And many don’t show you how to keep going afterwards.

That’s exactly what we wanted to change.

The Women’s Lifestyle Reset is designed to help you build habits that actually fit your life - not just follow a plan for a few weeks.

8 weeks of structure and support, with space to go at your own pace.

Enough time to build momentum, and learn how to keep going well beyond the program itself.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, or like nothing seems to stick long-term, this is for you.

Next group starts 18 May

Sustainable health isn’t about extreme discipline or rigid rules - it’s about evidence-based strategies that actually fit your real life.

The Women’s Lifestyle Reset is an 8-week, doctor-led program where we tackle the full picture:

✨ Hormones & Metabolism

✨ Evidence-based Exercise

Together with our dietitian and health coach, we give you the map to make changes that finally stick.

You deserve an approach that finally sticks.

Staying consistent shouldn’t feel this hard 🧭

We’re often told that to be healthy we need strict discipline, habit trackers and a rigid morning routine. But what if that structure is actually working against you?

Sustainable habits aren’t one-size-fits-all — and neither is the way your brain responds to change.

In our program we use a simple framework to help you understand how you’re wired:

📋 The Structure Seeker: You thrive on clear plans, checklists and accountability. A predictable routine lowers your mental load and creates a sense of calm.

⚖️ The Flexible Planner: You work well with a light framework — a few anchoring habits that stay consistent, with flexibility built in around them. Too much structure feels suffocating, but no structure at all leaves you feeling lost.

🌊 The Freedom Seeker: Rigid plans make you want to rebel. You need flexibility, autonomy and a menu of options to choose from rather than a fixed schedule.

This can shift depending on your demands, life stage and what life throws at you. The key is knowing what you need now, so you can stop forcing yourself into a plan that was never right for you.

Which one are you? Drop a 📋 ⚖️ or 🌊 in the comments!

What if your mood starts on your plate? 🍎

We often treat anxiety and low mood as purely emotional issues. But your brain chemistry, stress levels and how you feel day to day are heavily influenced by what you eat.

And the good news? Small changes can make a real difference.

The Food-Mood Connection:
🧠 Inflammation: Regularly eating ultra-processed foods can contribute to inflammation in the body, which research links to increased feelings of anxiety and low mood.

🦠 Gut Health: Your gut produces key mood-regulating chemicals including serotonin. A diverse, nutrient-rich diet helps keep that system working in your favour.

The bottom line: Food isn’t just fuel - it’s information for your brain. Adding more diverse plants and healthy fats gives your nervous system the building blocks it needs to feel calmer and more balanced.

You don’t need a perfect diet. You just need a place to start.

That’s exactly what we create for you inside our 8-week Women’s Lifestyle Reset. We will support you to build yourself a practical, personalised nutrition plan that supports your energy, mood and overall wellbeing.

Food is fuel, not a moral test 🥑🥗🍋

When we label foods as “good” or “bad,” we can accidentally tie our self-worth to our plates.

Eating a salad doesn’t make you superior, and enjoying a dessert doesn’t mean you have “failed.”

Restrictive food language can fuel shame. The moment you eat a “bad” food, shame can trigger an all-or-nothing mindset, often leading to a frustrating restrict-and-rebel cycle. Sound familiar?

That cycle was never going to get you the results you were after.

This is part of the work we do inside our 8-week Women’s Lifestyle Reset — where dietitian Kara Roberts helps you replace food rules and rebuild a healthier relationship with food for good.

If you’ve ever gone all in… then struggled to keep it going — you’re not alone.

Real, lasting change tends to happen differently.

Here’s why a slower, more sustainable approach works:

➡️ The burnout cycle
Going from 0 to 100 can feel motivating at first, but it’s often hard to maintain — especially when life is already full. Consistency tends to matter more than intensity.

➡️ Small changes add up
A small shift in your sleep, movement, or nutrition might not feel like much today — but over time, these changes build in a meaningful way.

➡️ Working with your body, not against it
Your body adapts best to gradual, supportive changes. It’s not about pushing harder — it’s about finding what feels doable and sustainable.

You don’t need to rush this.

Health isn’t a 30-day challenge, it’s something you build over time, in a way that fits your life.

Save this as a reminder: you don’t have to do everything, all at once 🤍

What’s one small, realistic habit you’re focusing on this week? 👇

10/04/2026

If you’ve ever felt like you just need more willpower — you’re not alone. But in my experience, willpower is rarely the real issue.

Behaviour change is less about discipline and more about understanding how your brain actually works.

A few things that genuinely help habits stick:
🧠 Your brain runs on autopilot Repeat something enough and it becomes a shortcut — often triggered by cues in your environment. So rather than relying on willpower, try changing what’s around you instead.

🌱 Small and consistent beats big and intense Tiny repeated actions build neural pathways far more effectively than occasional all-or-nothing efforts. You don’t need to overhaul everything at once.

✨ Make it feel rewarding Your brain repeats what feels good. So often we don’t even acknowledge our efforts — but even a quiet “I did that” matters more than you’d think.

This isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about making change feel more doable — because that’s what actually lasts.

If this resonates, our next Women’s Lifestyle Reset group starts 18 May. Built around exactly this — understanding your body, building sustainable habits, and making real changes that stick.
