Day 24 - the Earth

Today, I invite you to focus on the Earth. A planet you and I and many others occupy. The Earth may seem vast, just like the sky we focused on yesterday. I invite you to focus on the Earth just below your feet, as you walk or as you stand. Just focus on that space between the Earth and your feet, and on the Earth itself. Feel it. Connect with it as if it were separate from you. And notice what you’re noticing.

Today, I invite you to focus on the sky above you: with or without clouds… simply observe it, focus on it. Feel its vastness if you can. Notice what you are noticing as you are focusing on the sky… there is no right or wrong, simply awareness.

Day 22 - Where my energy goes? What gives me energy?

Today, I invite you to observe where your attemtion (energy) goes. How does it flow? Simply notice your thoughts, emotions, what you look at as you walk (sky/nature, buildings, cars, people, other thoughts…). As you notice your thoughts or as you are having conversations with people or watch TV, observe how it all makes you feel, do you feel more or less energised? Do you feel joy or tiredness? As always, be curious without judgment if you can.

Moving forward, reflect on the choices you make based on how the activities impact you on a daily basis.

Day 21 - who am I in relationships?

Reflect on several different relationships and how you are (what persona / mask, if any, you have) in different dynamics. You can ask yourself, who am I with my family? Who am I at work? Who am I when I am on holidays or away travelling? Who am I to my parents? Friends? Partner? With curiosity and no judgment simply notice yourself in various relationships. Is there a common thread ? Who are you underneath all of that?

Intentionally smile to someone or yourself and notice what happens within you. What other sensations can you notice? Any thoughts? Let them all be there without judgment. Also notice when you do smile spontaneously and what makes it possible?

Day 19 - Remember someone who supported you in your life journey.

Reflect on people who supported you in your life. How were you supported? How do you feel when you are supported? What sensations in your body can you notice as you focus on those emotions and memories?

You can think of them and send them love. Notice your appreciation (how it feels in the body). You can text them, call them or write them a letter of appreciation on how they contributed to your lfie.

Thank someone (including yourself) for who they are. Or what they said and how it made you feel, or how they contributed to your life… it can be anything. Be generous in your gratitude to others and self. If you struggle to find something to be grateful for, notice what you like and be grateful for that. If you strugfle to notice that either, know that I am grateful for your existence and you are welcome to comment here no matter what it is. Leave the house today to notice outside of yourself. No need to spend money, you can just walk or window shop and offer blessings to a stranger. If you are unable to leave the house, think of someone you don’t really know that well and offer them blessings this way. When you offer the blessing, simply observe yourself and sensations within. πŸ™

Day 15. Think of someone. Notice what happens within you as the thought arises.

Whoever you think of first, allow this thought to stay for a while. Simply observe what sensations, emotions, other thoughts arise as you focus on this person.
Whatever arose within you invite it towards yourself (as if all those were about you) and sense it again. What are the sensations now? Are they the same or different? If you notice any judgment, just notice it without making it wrong or right. Stay with sensations rather than thoughts.

Day 14. Allow yourself to give and receive today. Notice how this feels within you to receive and to offer. This can be anything … an act of kindness to someone, a smile with an intention to offer… or self love, way you give to yourself today πŸ™πŸŒΊ it can be a thought, service, gift, me time … anything done consciously with the intention to give πŸ™ or receive . Notice what happens within you when that happens. Is there a difference when you (allow yourself to) receive?

New Life Awaits You

Once you book a session, your Higher Self will start preparing you for it and for the new life you have just committed yourself to. Things will now flow in the direction you chose for yourself. There are reasons for situations to happen and meetings that take place. Have you eyes and ears open as signs will be appearing in various ways and you do not want to miss them.

I have witnessed healing of my own discomforts including double scoliosis and saw the blue electric energy field being transformed in front of my inner eyes. The journey that started for me was enough to start believing in the miracles that can be performed if we only choose them and believe in them.

I want all my clients to remember that all hypnosis is self hypnosis and I am just assisting your healing process. There are no fairy magic tricks performed and all that happens is happening because you chose it! YOU are the key to the success of your own self healing and I will be there to not only witness it but to assist you in the process. Fully and committed.
