One of the hardest things about following a Spiritual path was feeling so alone.

How to explain the openings, visions, experiences and transformations that were taking place within me and around me. How to land these experiences in the ‘real’ world.

I would show up among my beautiful, treasured friends and family and silence myself to fit in and stay connected. How could I share the things that were happening?

Then I’d delight in solitude to experience the gift of Spiritual connection, the magic I could feel within and around me.

I treasured solitude, I still do, but I also craved connection.

Finding mentors and groups with people experiencing similar openings was life-changing. Here were people who understood! And I could share freely without feeling crazy or ridiculous. All parts were welcomed.

Part of my mission here is to guide others through the process of awakening to deeper aspects of yourSelf and this earthly, multidimensional experience.

I’m not here to tell you what to do, but open space for the hidden parts to have a voice, to step forward into the arena for illumination and acceptance. This is a process of you remembering the truth of who you really are.

This Friday’s Frequency of Love circle will be a little different.

For a long time I’ve known (my husband) and I are here with Soul missions. I believe his, through sharing his story, is to open and heal hearts. I witness this every time he speaks and shares. His story is not one of victimhood, but strength, courage, resilience and love.

When we met 15 years ago, with both our worlds turned upside down 🙃, I felt the Soul connection and a deep knowing we were meant to be together (though my mind argued and we had a journey before that happened!). I have since seen our connection across multiple lifetimes.

We each have our own mission and ways of moving in the world and I’ve been shown that we are also here to co-create as divine counterparts, sharing our story and connection with the world, for the evolution of many.

This Friday, in sacred space, amid the regular divine offerings of Frequency of Love, Kym and I will share a little of our stories and open to questions about how we kept our hearts open to love when everything suggested to shut them down.

I know this circle will be powerful. It will touch your heart, aid release of blocks, open you to forgiveness and to receivership and flow of love. 💚

F R E Q U E N C Y of L O V E

I invite you, without judgement, with self-compassion and full knowing of your innate power to create change, just check-in and ask yourself, ‘what frequency am I vibrating at?’

I believe our true essence is love. We are born as love and over time we experience wounding and traumas (small and big), and social conditioning that build protective layers around this core. Mostly we operate and vibrate from these unconscious, protective layers of not-Self, rather than the truth of who we really are.

I created a monthly circle, F R E Q U E N C Y of L O V E, because love is the HIGHEST FREQUENCY! And when we align with this frequency our inner and outer world transforms! We radiate this into the world, creating healing, evolution and more love!

Our next gathering is Friday, 14 March 9:30am-2:30pm and there are 3 spots left! The next is 11 April. In sacred space we clear blocks, open and balance the heart so that you are in full receivership and flow of love. We start the day with a cacao ceremony to open and support the heart, incorporate gentle movement/ dance, meditation, drumming and sound, Arts Therapy processes, heart chakra and light language activations, journalling and quiet reflection. Our last circle on Valentine’s Day was so uplifting, nourishing and heartfelt!

L I G H T H O U S E S often appear in meditation, and during healings when I tune into certain people’s energy. I get the sense that many of us here are like lighthouses for others in times when guidance, support and light are needed.

Consider the metaphor of the lighthouse: solid, strong, resilient, can weather any storm and remain unshakeable, a beacon filled with light, shining this outwardly to guide others home to safe harbour. It doesn’t ‘do’ anything other than stand strong and shine its light.

As we traverse potentially rocky waters and storms we’ll be invited to keep our eyes on the lighthouses, watching the ones who are here to guide, support and beam light for safe passage.

Ultimately we each need to be our own lighthouse, our own guiding light, cultivating our own inner safety and resilience. From this place of solidity and groundedness we can shine a light for others.
