Today’s mobility class was all about the shoulders. Emphasis was on improving internal and external rotation and releasing tension held in the pec and rotator cuff muscles and the biceps tendon (shown in pic) , deltoids, upper traps and rhomboids. Exercises to improve scapular stability were also included. 🥰
