So this was January!
4 days at the Adelaide international again with the amazing massage therapists that are Matt and Nick.
4 days with the awesome UAE team ADQ in which they won the team General classification and 2nd, 3rd and 4th on GC! Lovely bunch of ladies and staff made me feel so welcome.
Lastly came 6 days with the team. This included watching the start of the race right on the start line which was very cool. And a whole bunch of other experiences with an awesome group of cyclists and staff.
I'm so lucky at what I get to do. Now back to the clinic tomorrow.

Another fun week working with an awesome group of people helping other people achieve their goals. Met some amazing folk from all around the world who all rode amazingly well yesterday. I never forget how lucky I am to be asked to do these things. Thank you . Hopefully we will meet again one day 🙂

Shirley is one of our cyclists this week and she came 3rd in her she group today for the ITT. So proud of her and she is so proud of herself. That smile ain't going anywhere for a while! what a great team to work with.
