Tuesday: 6:00am to 9:00pm

Saturday: 6:00am to 10:30am

Hi guys, unfortunately due to low numbers, i've had to cancel this 6 week challenge. For those of you that have already sent through payment, i have sent back the payment to the accounts that i recieved them from.

The sessions will be designed to test people of all fitness levels and I will be there right by your side to help you every step of the way.
At a cost of only $150 per person, you are getting 6 sessions of being pushed to your limits at various locations and your measurements taken at the start and finish of the challenge. Save yourself $120 on my normal session prices. Plus you will be working out alongside people who are going to be as fun and motivated as you are to achieve your goals.

Mornings are the best times for all you people out there with weight loss as your main health and fitness goal for 2 reasons.

Reason 1: The body has little other energy sources to burn other than your fat stores

Reason 2: THERE IS NOBODY IN THE GYM!!! No waiting for machines and weights. The Best!!

Easter done and dusted for another year!! Hope everybody enjoyed the time off and spoilt themselves with a chocolate egg or 2!! I know I did!!
