Ever wondered "what should I wear to my appointment?"

Wearing comfortable and unrestrictive clothing can help your appointment run more smoothly - for both you and your practitioner!

👖 Coming in for a knee issue? Tight jeans might not be the most practical choice. Pick shorts instead.
👗 Got a back concern? A dress could make assessment or treatment a little tricky! Wearing something that your practitioner can easily work around to assess the area in question is best.
🏃‍♀️ Attending an exercise session? Activewear or unrestrictive clothing is ideal!

If you're ever unsure, just ask! Don’t worry, we have a few spare pairs of shorts available if needed

Led by Physiotherapists with additional Pilates training, our Movement Foundations and Controlled Movement classes are ideal for people who don’t have a current injury but want to move well, feel stronger, and stay active.

You don’t need scans or a specialist referral to get started. One of our Physiotherapists will assess your condition and create a program tailored to your comfort and ability level.

Exercise sessions take place in our fully equipped studio at Magill, with a focus on building strength and supporting joint function.

This approach has been shown to help people manage pain, build strength, and improve quality of life - sometimes even reducing the need for surgery.
