Been in the industry a long time

Whenever I see another trainer think of me as "Competition" I know they are in a scarce mindset and insecure of their business

A good coach knows we are not in competition with each other.

The only competition we have is how many people can you convince that exercise and health is a better choice than the couch and fast food.

Our competition isn't each other

It's too much Netflix, large amounts of Fast food, Prolonged screen time, Sleep ins everyday, excessive eating.
These things aren't inherently bad.

Like anything in life, moderation is key and that's the real battle us coaches have.

When you have staff, I've always believed you should be able to go out with them for a coffee and not talk about business.
That is a sign you'll be able to work together and get along.

One poorly executed deadlift didn’t ruin your back.
One squat session didn’t destroy your knees.

What does beat you up?

5+ hours hunched over a desk.
Gaming in a rounded spine position.
Scrolling in bed.
Zero movement all day… then expecting your body to perform perfectly under load.

The gym exposes weaknesses 🧐
It doesn’t create them ✅

Training, when programmed properly, strengthens tissue, improves joint integrity, and builds resilience

It’s the 23 hours outside the gym that usually determine how you feel inside it💪

Fix the habits 🙏
Move more 👟
Lift properly 🏋🏻‍♀️
Build capacity 👊🏻

Your body adapts to what you repeatedly do — not what you occasionally try🤘🏻
