You can’t think your way out of feeling overwhelmed.

You’ve tried to stay on top of everything, you’ve tried to manage it, push through it, hold it together.

I’ve just opened ‘In BLOOM’, a 6 week nervous system + emotional reset container for a small number of women who are ready to feel different, not just understand what needs to change.

3 things to understand before anything else:

🌿 You can’t think your way out of feeling overwhelmed; you have to change how your body is holding it.
🌿 This is where women stop managing how they feel and start actually changing it in real time.
🌿 If you’re always coping, pushing through, or holding it together… that is exactly what we work with here.

This is where we move beyond talking… and start creating real shifts in your body, your emotions, and how you experience your day to day life.

Inside this container, you are supported through:
🤍 3 x 1:1 nervous system reset sessions
(using timeline therapy, NLP, or hypnotherapy, tailored to what you need)
🤍 2 x 1:1 breathwork + emotional integration sessions
to safely release what your body has been holding onto
🤍 Group coaching calls (weeks 2, 4, 5) for support, clarity, and integration
🤍 Access to all blooM Into Harmony breathwork + meditation sessions throughout the container
🤍 A private space for connection and support
🤍 Ongoing messaging support, you’re not doing this alone
🤍 Weekly guidance so you stay grounded, supported, and moving forward

Most people don’t need more advice, they need their nervous system to feel safe enough to actually change.

I work with people who feel:
• constantly “on”
• mentally overloaded
• stuck in patterns they can’t seem to shift, even when they understand what’s going on, because real change doesn’t happen at the level of logic.

It happens at the level of the nervous system and subconscious.
That’s the work I do.

Through 1:1 sessions, I support you to:

• regulate your system
• reduce overwhelm and internal noise
• shift the patterns that keep repeating
• feel more calm, clear, and in control

This isn’t about fixing you, it’s about creating the internal conditions where change actually sticks.

I didn’t expect this weekend to feel like this…
Just space.
Fresh air.
Movement.

Coming together in a way that feels simple and real, and somewhere between the walks, the laughs, the quiet moments, and the campfire…

I felt myself slow down in a way I didn’t realise I needed, this is what I keep coming back to.
Not the big moments, but the feeling of being present in the small ones.

I wasn’t going to share this, but something in me said to..

These are a few words someone recently shared with me, and a reminder of the kind of transformation I’ve walked through myself.

I am so proud that I kept choosing to go there, even when it felt uncomfortable.

This is the work I now hold space for, supporting women to move through what’s heavy, regulate what’s been overwhelming, and reconnect with a sense of internal stability and clarity.
