If you have found yourself on the IVF journey it can be extremely overwhelming
Constant heightened emotions, the fertility drugs, sleepless nights & physical pain/ bloat that comes with all of the medical help
There is a lot we can do holistically to balance all of this once IVF, IUI starts, but let’s talk about the lead up to starting the process
I’ve heard many doctors over the years that roll their eyes at my clients when they hear about the natural alternatives they are doing, some straight out even tell them that holistic therapies don’t work
But would you plant a seed without preparing the soil?
When looking at fertility, it is like a puzzle
Each and every thing that we do is bringing that puzzle together, after all it also promotes a healthier pregnancy, baby & postpartum recovery
Here’s some of my favourite things we can do in the lead up to IVF (or the lead up to TTC)
✅See a qualified nutritionist who specialises in Fertility & Pregnancy care (my go to is )
✅Acupuncture this would be my no1 starting point, acupuncture is pure magic (my go too’s are my biz wife who is so passionate in this area & Luke Wheelan from he is a wizard when it comes to women’s health & has worked closely with IVF clinics all around Adelaide)
✅Fertility & womb massage, I’m not too biased 🥰🤷🏻♀️ but this therapy, just works, it’s feminine, balancing & helps us connect to our babies soon to be home (our womb)
✅Seeing a women’s health Physio (my go-to is )
✅Seeing a naturopath who can ensure all your levels are where they should be & getting some herbs sorted for the adrenals & stress to help you along the journey (my go to & personal naturopath & )
✅Self care rituals such as castor oil packs, vaginal steaming & self massage
There are so many options 🙏🏼💖
