This playshop is a safe and sacred space to open to these parts of you through guided meditation, Breathwork and sharing circle.
With Bea we begin to open our personal truth and powerful shifts can take place in these spaces.
I will then guide you through paired activities, getting in touch with all your senses such as breath, sound and movement.

Milestone: 5 years ago today (14 February 2017) I published the paperback copy of my book: "What Men and Women Really Want - 6 Ta***ic Love Secrets" and launched it in Perth. I also had Book Launches on 22 February in Adelaide, 6 April in Melbourne and 23 May in Brisbane in 2017.
In 2011 I started writing the book in Queensland, because I wanted to share my message to more people, to inform, inspire and empower them in their relationships. So they can love themselves and others more.
Often people ask me "What is Ta**ra?" I reply that it is just about impossible to describe Ta**ra in words, it is an experience beyond words. So the absurdity is that I have written a book about it!!
I released the ebook version ("What Women Really Want") in July 2015 on Amazon, where it is still available.
I have sold copies of the ebook all over the world, and sent copies of my paperback book all over Australia and New Zealand.
I am in the process of writing two more books at the moment! They are not about Ta**ra, however there are ta***ic concepts in them.. Watch this space

In November 2014, the Swedish Association for Sexuality Education (RFSU) launched a competition to find a word to describe female ma********on. “Klittra,” a combination of the words cl****is and glitter, was the frontrunner and it has now been deemed as official. While “diddle the skittle” and “strumming my mandolin” sounded a lot cuter to me than “flicking the bean,” “klittra” is some nice jargon.
According to Huffpost UK, more than 1,200 responses were received in the form of emails, comments, postcards and letters. The final decision was made during a recent poll at an RSFU conference in Stockholm. A spokesperson for the organization said: “Historically, women’s sexuality, and not least female ma********on, has been taboo. Women are not expected to have desires and be turned on in the same way as men, which is reflected in the lack of words [for ma********on].” The word “Klittra” was chosen because it “highlights the importance of the cl****is for pleasure.”
