The phone rings at Learning Keys. What happens next?

Our admin team (Sarah and Eve) help our clients identify what service best matches their needs. They will ask key questions to help gain clarity around what assessment is needed and why. The psychology team are always happy to jump in to assist.

The outcome is that all parties feel confident knowing the plan. However, sometimes the plan doesn’t actually include using our service. A core value of our team is that we are here to help and we aim to help you find the right support at the right time.

Week 3…the school term is well underway. Teachers, students and parents have had a bit of time to get to know each other. It is ok if it doesn't feel like you're hitting your stride just yet. Term 1 often includes a lot of special events that, while fun, can make it hard to string together a series of “normal” days. This week may be a good opportunity to check in - with yourself and your child/student. What is something you have learned or noticed that has been helpful for you?
