Join Lou for a welcoming hour of adaptive yoga, breathwork, meditation, movement, laughs and friendship 💛
All experience levels are welcome, and sessions can be adapted for injuries and health concerns.

We’ll be at Veterans’ Families Day on Sunday 17 May, 10am–4pm at the Denison Centre / Mobara Park Oval, Mawson Lakes, and we’d love for you to come and say hello 💙

Come and chat with the Veterans and Families Wellbeing Hub team, learn more about the support and programs we offer, and find out how we support veterans, serving members, families and carers in our community.

It’s a FREE, family‑friendly day with heaps happening outdoor games, live entertainment, military vehicles, face painting, art and craft activities, prizes, free food and more.

Services Australia is coming to the Adelaide Veterans’ and Families’ Wellbeing Hub this Friday 8th May from 10:00am to provide free, drop‑in support.

They can help you with:

✅ Medicare
✅ Centrelink
✅ Child Support
✅ General financial questions

Even better, they’ll be visiting fortnightly for the next six months, making it easier to get support close to home.

🎸 Exciting Arts Project with WarFrets! 🎨

We’re thrilled to be partnering with WarFrets on a brand-new arts project here at the Northern Adelaide Veterans’ and Families’ Wellbeing Hub!
WarFretsrets have generously donated three guitar bodies two custom builds and one Strat for veterans to use as a creative canvas. Once they’ve been hand‑painted, WarFrets will complete the full assembly and send the finished guitars out to veteran hubs across Australia. How special is that!

✨ Now we need you!
We’re inviting veterans and members of our community to come into the Hub and help paint these guitar bodies and be part of something truly meaningful. No experience needed just come along, get creative, and enjoy the process.

Join us at the Veterans’ and Families’ Wellbeing Hub for a short information session on the importance of pre‑paying a funeral service for veterans. Learn how a pre‑paid service can honour a veteran’s legacy with personalised tributes, including RSL Poppy Services, military music, and memorabilia.
