**NEW ASMIRT PLACEMENT SUPPORT GRANT**
In response to the known struggles of student financial hardship when undertaking placement in the final year of study, have recently opened a new scholarship aiming to support students during this time!

Ninety $500 grants are currently open for application for final year students across Medical Imaging, Nuclear Medicine and Radiation Therapy streams. Eligibility guidelines and applications can be found on the ASMIRT website at https://asmirt.org/news/student-placement-support-grant-applications-now-open/. (first link in bio) A heads up the applications close on July 1st 2025 🫶🏽

For students in other years experiencing the financial toll of placement, please know we are thinking of you too! Keep an eye out for some upcoming initiatives, and remember to have a look at the UniSA grants and scholarships that may be available to you 🩵

This time last week the 4th year MIs and NMs had their graduate information night hosted by SAMI (SA Medical Imaging) - the largest public imaging provider in Australia!

They heard from leaders in the industry and new graduates about what a career with SAMI looks like!! Thanks for an amazing night 🩵

Pre-loved clinical uniforms are back!

Buying a pre-loved uniform not only saves you money (50-65% of retail price!) but also helps to reduce the number of clinical uniforms ending up in land fill! The price also includes a donation to Radiology Across Borders!

Uniform collections will be hosted periodically throughout the year, with exact times and locations announced on our social media. Please note that uniforms come in varying conditions, ranging from loved to brand new with tags. All uniforms have been deemed good quality by executive committee members, but may have some colour fade.

The Men’s shirts host the most colour fade of the available uniforms, found primarily around the collars. We do not accept returns or refunds for our pre-loved clinical uniforms. If you would like to see example photos of colour fade please send us a message🩵
