Microban® antimicrobial product protection is a built-in biocide silver that enables the filter housings to resist the growth of microbes such as bacteria, mould and mildew. By creating an inhospitable environment this disrupts the metabolism of contaminating microbes by preventing conversion of nutrients into energy. This inhibits microbial survival, reproduction and colonization and disrupts vital cell functions of the microbe.

FT-300UV filter system plumbed with a custom water inlet manifold allowing quick and easy switching between mains and rainwater. Included is a water softener following the system which will remove unwanted hard minerals from the mains water.
This system setup is not only brilliant at removing dirt, germs and viruses from the rainwater but when switched to mains water the system will then remove rust from street pipes and foul smelling chlorine.
