Already using Breathwork? Great!

Breathwork comes in all kinds of practices that can assist in general wellbeing - whether a personal process or in a group. However, where do you go when current or past upsets, experiences or trauma come to your awareness and you keep finding yourself at the same point without resolution? If it keeps coming up, then it isn’t resolved. Ongoing repetition can embed rather than release.

Our Story

When my partner started going for Breathwork sessions, I knew it was something that he was seeking to help him with dealing understanding his life, and where and how he was like he was. Seeing how those sessions helped to give him some clarity around various matters I knew it was a good process. Then he decided to do the Breathwork Training to become a practitioner - and wow! - what amazing changes continued to happen for him. His personal growth during that training was, at times, intense - and life changing for him.

There were times when he would complete one of the weekend modules on one topic or another where he obviously had some great insights, but could not share them fully with me, as I would not be able to put them into context. At the completion of his training, I congratulated him with a little celebration.

It was obvious that I would need to look into this stuff in more detail, as he had evolved so much over 2 years or so (including the 9 months of the Training), that for us to grow together, I had to do some catching up!

2 years later, I signed up to do the Breathwork Training - not with any intent on becoming a practitioner, but for the personal evolution that I would gain from the training. Little did I know how that experience would change my attitude towards the training!
