I offer a combination of Counselling, Psychotherapy, Reiki, Crystal and Intuitive Healing to help find loving connection We have all suffered at various times from forms of anxiety, loss, depression, guilt and shame. Because of my own personal experiences and training, I am compassionate and understanding in helping people that are looking to find their own way to enjoy their own unique journey. I offer Psychotherapy, intuitive Counselling and Reiki in a holistic approach to help heal the wounds and beliefs that create the negative emotions in life. I am also mental health accredited. Psychotherapy is about exploring deep into the core of issues and beliefs about ourselves that are there for a myriad of reasons and stop us from being and living to our true potential. Our cells vibrate according to how we are feeling. Sometimes negativity or trauma in our lives can cause this energy to vibrate differently in our bodies creating blockages or ailments. If you have tried conventional medicine to repair, only to find that the symptom has been masked but the pain or ailment remains, Reiki may help you. As a Reiki Master I have been tuned in to ‘feel’ these energies, identify blockages and offer treatments to assist in the removal and repair of them. Reiki is for everyone that is open to a different way of healing. I am passionate in helping people find their own path, in their own way. I provide a holistic approach to healing the mind, body and soul to help emotional, physical and mental health. I offer help for:
