Today it's office day for Du-Good Therapies & Yoga! That means emails, bookings, spreadsheets, and all the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps Reiki flowing, Reflexology ticking, and Massage sessions running smoothly 💆‍♀️🧘‍♀️

Even the calmest therapist needs to tackle her to-do list!

🧘‍♀️ Low Lunge Love – Why This Pose Feels So Good! 🌿

Tight hips? Stiff back? A gentle low lunge might be just the stretch your body is craving 💛

This simple yet powerful pose helps to:

✨ Open up the hips and hip flexors (especially if you sit a lot!)
✨ Release tension in the lower back
✨ Strengthen the legs and improve balance
✨ Stretch the front of the thighs and groin
✨ Gently lift your mood by creating space in the body

The low lunge can be done with support — hands on blocks, a chair nearby, or even with a cushion under the back knee for extra comfort. It’s all about easing into the stretch and breathing deeply 🧘‍♂️

It’s one of my favourite ways to create space, especially during the cooler months when everything feels a bit tighter.
