You are invited to a very special event.
This is the first SERENITY SHARE DAY created just for our Tru Support Reiki community.
Here’s just a taste … A full day of caring and sharing where you can join in or just sit and absorb the energy. There will be some very gentle yoga that will enhance your Reiki and you don’t have to know yoga or be exceptionally flexible! We will have a lovely lunch, guided meditation and a Reiki share where everyone can participate and receive beautiful energy.
This is a chance to get away from everything for a while, relax, and you will leave feeling totally “zenned” out!
I do hope you can have the day free to make time for yourself. Currently scheduled for 28th March, 2026 from 10am-4pm. Please let me know if you are interested in coming as our numbers will determine the location. Just answer SERENITY to this post or DM and I will keep in touch

FREE Reiki I Refresher 9/2/26 7.00pm (SA time) via Zoom.

Welcome to 2026. I hope you and your families have had a great Christmas and the new year is looking promising.

If you haven’t had the opportunity to practise or use your Reiki hands for a while or you’re feeling like you need a refresher, please join in on Monday, 9th February at 7.00pm (SA time) and I’ll give you some quick tips if you can spare 20 minutes.

You don’t have to do anything, just listen … and I’ll do a distant Reiki treatment for everyone who pops in to the session at the end.

Just send a “YES” responding to this post, or via Messenger, or txt my phone and I’ll send you the Zoom Link for Monday, 9th February at 7.00pm (SA time).

There’s a lot coming up in the next couple of months and I’ll be posting about that soon.
Watch for the new monthly Distant Reiki Boost sessions for Practitioners at 7.30pm (SA time) on Thursday evenings coming up too.

And … the Serenity Share Day we are planning for the end of March is going to be awesome. This will include some yoga to enhance your Reiki, lunch, meditation and a Reiki share to completely “zen” you out. So watch for this exciting event coming up and its for all our Reiki community.

What a lovely, inspiring and quite unique series. I am so grateful to have spent this time with you over the past weeks. There have been laughs shared and some quieter deep and meaningful moments in between our “Reiki infused” meditations. How wonderful that your confidence has grown and now you have really exciting plans made for the future for dreams becoming reality using meditation.

You have some new tools to work with and enhance your pretty awesome existing knowledge. I thank you for what I have learned through these evenings too.

Alone … interstate …
Tumor removed from the brain.
Rehabilitation in hospital haunted by horrific hallucinations.

Then distant Reiki started and continued over a few weeks.
It took a while to connect the dots… The realisation that on the two nights where no treatment had been done, the hallucinations returned. The Reiki energy was creating a healing bridge.

With the wonderful assistance of others in our Reiki community, this person became well enough to travel by road over a couple of days to return to family in Adelaide.

The intention set for each Reiki session was that he felt peace, felt loved, felt safe … and that the healthy cells were growing and flourishing to engulf the affected area.

How powerful and wonderful is Reiki. It is subtle and works in ways you don't expect sometimes. There may be other underlying issues that need to shift first to help the healing. So always have faith and trust in this beautiful energy.

This course enhances your skills giving you more depth of healing, more intensity. Enhance your Reiki power to work across distance, from a room…to the other side of the world! Help with Alzheimers, autism, animals in need, people suffering from emotional trauma from the past, recovering from operations, depression … and this is just the tip of the iceberg!
In this training you will:
🙏refresh your Reiki I knowledge
🙏be attuned with three sacred symbols and learn about their “magic “, how and when to use them
🙏learn how to do projected healings – wonderful when someone can’t come to you as they are unwell in their PJs, or across the other side of the country!
🙏delve into the importance and intrigue of chakras and auras
🙏learn how to use Reiki for chakra balancing
🙏learn about pendulums and crystals in conjunction with Reiki
🙏be given the tools to set up a business using your Reiki knowledge
🙏be attuned to Reiki Level II and receive your certificate
🙏receive a training package including course manuals, treatment guide, writing materials and a lovely gift to take home with you
Light refreshments will be provided
Completing the training entitles you to participate in our Reiki Distant Share Group and the Online Reiki Level II Master Class sessions, as well as the opportunity to sit in on any training classes up to your current certified level to refresh your knowledge.
Our first Reiki Level II Advanced Practitioner Course for 2025 is scheduled over Saturday and Sunday, 22nd and 23rd February and booking is essential as our classes are very small to ensure everyone receives individual attention.

I must say W O W !!! That was so powerful and so lovely.
Remember now ...
* to drink plenty of water in the next 24 hours as the Reiki Energy will release the toxins from your body
* if tears come up, just let them go. Its emotional release. Emotions you have been holding back that will cause illness if they stay buried
* allow yourself to rest if you feel tired
* if you feel a bit "off" in the next day or so, again it is possibly emotional release, so take care of yourself

*** TONIGHT – DISTANT REIKI FOR CAREGIVERS ***
7.30pm SA time 13th March 2025

Welcome to this evening’s distant Reiki share for caregivers. This beautiful Reiki energy is being offered tonight to nurses, aged care workers, Mums and Nanas, people who are caring for loved ones with Alzheimer’s and more. We are all here to help each other and this is a gift to you.

All you have to do is find a quiet space away from everything and everyone, sit or lay down for about 30+ minutes, play some relaxing music, light a candle or incense or hold your crystals if you wish and have a glass of water ready for afterwards. Then just relax knowing beautiful healing Reiki energy is being sent your way. If you can’t make 7.30pm (SA time) – whenever you are able to have some quiet time, just think to yourself “I’m ready to accept Reiki energy now” and believe me, it will find you!

This is a gift to you - caregivers need care too

If you are interested please feel free to nominate a person you know or join in to our Reiki for Caregivers session at 7.30pm (SA time) to receive beautiful Reiki energy. This is a gift to those who need support as they care for others. Perhaps you are a Mum with little kids, nurse, aged-care worker, someone looking after a family member in need… just let me know a name and I’ll include everyone in this Reiki healing session. You can DM or email trudi@trusupport.com.au before 6.00pm SA time on Thursday evening (13/3/25) and I'll add the name to the list.

If you are a Reiki Level II practitioner or Sensei/Master who would like to participate in sending this energy, please get in touch. The more the merrier :)

Should this time not be suitable perhaps because of time differences between states, work commitments, or its in the middle of dinner! that's fine. Whenever you are ready, sit or lay quietly and make sure you are undisturbed for 30 minutes or so and think "I am ready now to receive this Reiki energy" and it will find you.
