This week is NAIDOC week and today, some of our team attended a powerful webinar hosted by on "How to Lead as a Confident Ally to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples." A key takeaway from this was that “it is not our intention but our impact” that really matters.

At All Ears and Speech / Little Allied Health we are committed to walking beside First Nations peoples and recognise reconciliation calls for humility, listening and meaningful action.

We are proud to support our team to actively engage in learning opportunities that strengthen our understanding of cultural safety and reinforce our collective commitment to respectful and inclusive practice.
