People don’t always say when they’re struggling. Sometimes it shows up as a cancelled plan, a quieter voice, or a shift you can’t quite name.

If you notice someone pulling back, reach out. You don't need to pressure them to share or talk. Simply let them know you have noticed a change, you care and you're there for them.

It might take some time before they feel comfortable talking, and that's OK. Knowing they have someone willing to listen may be all they need for now.

Hi! I am Dr Larisa Mcloughlin, and in partnership with Love and Light Healing Sunshine Coast, we are opening Love and Light Healing Adelaide ❤️
We strongly believe everyone deserves better mental well-being and a happy, fulfilling life. Our vision is to help each of our clients achieve this goal.😊
