A great turnout for our first School Holiday Sports Trainer Course! 💪

Held within the new SA Sports Institute Complex, today we welcomed a number of year 10-12 students from across SA, all who are looking to become Level 1 Sports Trainers! 🏃

The attendees will use the training at their local club, or to assist with their studies and future career pathways!

Last week SASMA CEO, Danielle Grant-Cross, was pleased to present at the Flinders University Nursing & Health Sciences Awards Ceremony.

Yesterday we were pleased to run a Concussion Education Workshop at Blackfriars Priory School! 🧠

The session was attended by the teaching cohort, equipping them with up to date information and practical tips in managing concussion.

From teachers, students and parents… to players, coaches, trainers and volunteers, our education outlines the important role we 𝗮𝗹𝗹 must play in managing concussion in sport and the community 🤕

A fantastic day Sunday with not one, but TWO Level 2 Sports Trainer Courses! ✌️

The new one-day format includes a range of online components, with workshops and knowledge checks throughout, as well as a full day of practical education!
