Expecting or welcoming a new baby?

One of the first things to tick off your list after birth is enrolling your newborn with Medicare - and thankfully, it’s easier than you think (so easy you can do it while feeding!)

We recommend applying for your baby’s Medicare card as soon as possible so they’re covered for appointments from day one 🤍

🔔 Please note: If your baby doesn’t have a Medicare card at the time of their appointment, full payment will be required on the day. You are able to claim the rebate once baby is enrolled.

Applying for this now can make life a little easier later ✨

Our 2026 flu vaccination clinic bookings are now available! 💉🦠
(and they may include a free lollipop! 🍭)

Getting your annual flu vaccination is one of the best ways to protect yourself, your family, and your community.

📍 Clinics will be available at both Rose Park and Ashford clinics.

📅 Flu clinics will run in the mornings and early afternoons throughout April and May, starting 13 April 2026.

⚠️ These appointments are strictly for flu vaccinations only. If you have other health concerns, please book a standard consultation. Standard consult fees will apply.

✅ We have both private and government-supplied stock. You may be eligible for a government-funded flu vaccine if you are:
• A child aged 6 months to 5 years
• Pregnant (at any stage of pregnancy)
• Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
• Aged 65 years or over
• Aged 6 months or older with a chronic medical condition

📲 Bookings are essential. Book online via HotDoc or call reception to find a clinic that best suits you.

Our nurse Anna explains how a TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) machine works, who it may be suitable for and why so many mums use it for pain relief during labour.
