Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing | New Year Full Moon Gathering 💫

✏️ Friday 2nd January, 6pm-7.30pm

Slow down, soften and reset under the energy of the full moon.
This deeply nurturing session combines gentle restorative yoga with immersive sound healing to help calm the nervous system, release tension and create space for reflection.

60 minutes of supported postures allow the body to fully relax while sound vibrations from instruments like bowls and chimes wash over you for the remaining 30 minutes.

Nicki helps you encourage rest, balance and clarity. There’s nothing to do - just breathe, receive and let go 💫

With the full moon marking a time of completion and awareness, this session invites you to reflect on the year that’s been and consciously set intentions for the year ahead. A beautiful way to close one chapter and step into the next feeling grounded, clear and restored.
