Awareness day for Mental health. Its such an important reminder for everyone to check in on each other and know that its also totally ok to ask for help, there ain’t no shame in reaching out and having a breather. It should be normal but we live in so much disconnection and dis harmony in society at times.
🫶🏼Every tool of support we can give that makes a difference is FREE!
🙌🏼Its free to check in, its free to listen, its free to give a hug, its free to take time out or sit in nature, its free to be kind, its free to take a walk, its free to smile, laugh and radiate happiness.

Join us this saturday and emerge your creativity in a wonderful world of beads!
Bead making, glitter art, foot soaks, painted nails, pink lemonade, singing and dancing!
