Our weekly Thursday night bounce class is on tomorrow!

Boogie bounce is a fab, fun, funky fat burning fitness regime on a mini trampoline.
One of the most effective HIIT cardio exercises for weight loss, cellulite reduction, pelvic floor strengthening, lymphatic stimulation, benefits, coordination, balance, super gentle on the knees and body being low impact.

Whether you are a beginner, athletic, male or female or any age, shape or ability, we have a trampoline for you to give it a try and have some fun.

We have a beautiful bunch of bouncers join on Thursday’s in a non judgemental, safe and comfortable environment.
