First time massage?

Here’s what you should know 🌿

1. Hydrate
Drink plenty of water before (and after) your session. It helps your muscles stay relaxed and supports your body’s detox process.

2. Eat Light
Avoid heavy meals right before. A small snack is fine, but being too full can make it uncomfortable to lie face down.

3. Shower (if possible)
Fresh, clean skin is always appreciated, and it helps you feel more relaxed.

4. Arrive Early
Arriving 5–10 minutes early lets you unwind, fill out any forms, and avoid rushing (which defeats the purpose!).

5. Before starting, let your therapist know:
• Areas you’d like them to focus on
• Areas to avoid
• Pressure preferences (light, medium, firm)
