Ready to shed the old and embrace the new? 🐍✨

Join Bec Russell and Charlotte from Align with Magic for an immersive two hour experience to shed your skin and release what no longer serves you, to align with who you are becoming.

During this session, you will move through a beautiful yin yoga practice, sound healing and journalling, to cleanse and renew your energy, and attune to the new energetic signature that you are calling in.

The entire practice is infused with the healing frequencies of reiki, to cleanse and renew your energy, and support the shifts that occur during the session.

This session honours and aligns with the astrological shift from the year of the wood snake, to the year of the fire horse. Allow this session to be the catalyst for you to step into the most awakened and aligned version of yourself.

This is a gentle yet powerful practice that is suitable for all.

Reiki & Rest is coming up this Sunday at 3:30pm ✨🙏🏼 This is a beautiful practice specifically designed to support, relax and heal your mind, body and soul.

~What to expect~

The practice begins with a centering meditation and gentle breathwork practice.

Together, we will then move through a yin/restorative yoga sequence designed to calm your nervous system and ground your energy.

The practice will close with an extended Savasana (final relaxation).This will be infused with Reiki Healing to amplify the healing effects of this practice.

This will support your body, mind and soul to integrate the shifts that have occurred.

This practice is suitable for all levels.
