✨ Rockhampton!!! Let’s take the time to Connect ✨

The NDIS is getting harder to navigate and many people are feeling overwhelmed, confused, and frustrated. You don’t have to do it on your own.

On Monday 20th & Tuesday 21st April, our CEO Josie will be in Rockhampton, taking time to sit down with people with disability, families, carers, and local providers.

With almost 10 years experience in the NDIS sector and 15 years supporting people with disability and their families, Josie understands just how much things have changed and how challenging it can feel. She’s here to help make things clearer, simpler, and easier to navigate.

This isn’t anything formal, just real conversations, genuine listening, and practical support.

Today we were absolutely spoiled with a very special Valentine’s surprise 💐❤️

Our beautiful client Bert personally hand delivered Valentine’s Day flowers to all of our lovely ladies, and it truly made our day!

Moments like this remind us why we do what we do. The relationships we build with our clients are built on trust, kindness, and real connection and today was a perfect reflection of that. Bert, your thoughtfulness and generosity touched every single one of us. You didn’t just bring flowers… you brought joy, appreciation, and a whole lot of love into our day.

We feel incredibly lucky to walk alongside such amazing people and to share moments that go far beyond supports and services.

Kylie brings extensive knowledge of the NDIS, but what truly sets her apart is her compassion, dedication, and genuine passion for helping her clients succeed. She takes the time to understand each individual’s goals, tailoring supports to promote growth, independence, and meaningful change in everyday life.

This role requires flexibility, with shifts available in the mornings, afternoons, and weekends, so you can help our participants achieve their goals while enjoying a variety of work hours built out over a consistent roster.

Hi Bowen Community 👋

We wanted to sincerely apologise that we won’t be at the Bowen Community Hub today as planned.

A number of our team members have children starting Prep today, which is a huge milestone (and a big emotional day!) for both kids and parents. We felt it was important to make sure our staff could be present and supported through such an important change for their families.

We truly appreciate your understanding and patience. Family and community are at the heart of everything we do, and sometimes that means showing up for our own little people too.

We look forward to being back in Bowen next week and can’t wait to see you all again. Thank you for your kindness and support 💛

🌻 Rockhampton, I’m on my way! 🌻

I’m heading up to Rockhampton and will be based at The Cobbler’s Room for the next two days, while also popping around to meet some amazing local providers and community members.

This trip is really special for us, because we’re branching our business into Rockhampton and for me, that starts with connection, not paperwork.

If you’re a participant, family member, support coordinator, or provider or if the NDIS feels confusing, overwhelming, or just a bit much... I’d absolutely love to catch up. Even just a coffee and a chat.
Sometimes all people want is someone to help them truly understand their choice and control, what they can do, and how the NDIS can actually work for them, not against them.

Our business is built on heart, compassion, and genuine care. We believe everyone deserves to feel confident, informed, supported, and empowered to make choices that suit their life and we have a lot of fun along the way too 😊
