Many more clients are presenting with sore, achy and stiff muscles these days, particularly of the back, neck and shoulders.

The weather is cooling down and the wind is picking up, so please cover up a bit more to prevent muscle tension & spasms.

Remember to apply our 3 step protocol to help ease muscles tightness:

1. MAG Magnesium spray directly on the sore area
2. Heat pack or hot water bottle for ~10mins
3. Gentle stretching
