As an Alternative Wellness and Care Practitioner, I have integrated both peiec® energy medicine and the Emmett Technique, as well as Vitaflex, Colour Therapy and essential oils so that you benefit from optimal health and wellbeing. Your pain and discomfort is gently and energetically released by working through ‘life moments’ in
your energetic layers. These 'life moments' can be words and actions of others, bullying, dis-ease and illness, a broken heart, beliefs, loss of a loved one.
The peiec® bodywork is also unique and is incorporated with the energetic release of life moments as an effective way of relieving your pain and discomfort. Or it can simply be a way of taking time out to relax.

The Emmett Technique is also a unique form of body therapy which I use in collaboration with peiec (face-to-face sessions only).
It is a safe, simple muscle release therapy used to address pain & discomfort, improve body movement & can restore a positive emotional state.
The EMMETT technique is a special form of body therapy that involves application of light pressure at specific points.
These can be in sequences that enable gentle release for many common conditions. The results can be dramatic even for first time clients.
Accurate and fast assessments of imbalances in the body are an integral feature of this technique.
