you know going through anxiety getting triggered bringing on the rushing of anxious in the body can lead to other elements in the body depression, borderline personality, adhd, Tourette's, or even bipolar due to being triggered from behaviour in such situations due to work demands pressures in life lowed medication family issues fatigue self-esteem.
None of this is fair for anyone coping with the situation stresses come in.
I see lots of people that are in similar situations going through what they have daily basis my situation doing what I can knowing that very far between and few there are those people that can help one another who are ready to take the next step in life feeling there is more to life.
