DIP & SIP | Wednesday Morning Plans (that actually feel good)

Dip & Sip isn’t about being “zen” or flexible or knowing how to meditate.
It’s about showing up, breathing, moving a little, jumping in the ocean, and remembering you’re human & not a machine.
No pressure.
No awkward vibes.
No needing to know anyone (you’ll leave knowing someone).
We meet at the beach.
We watch the sun come up.
We move gently.
We take a plunge.
We sip a cuppa and start the day feeling… better.
