A big hello 👋 and welcome back to our Coconol Airlie Beach customers!
Coconol has relocated back to the Whitsundays, where it all began! 🌴
We are currently selling online but customers may also pick up from our head office/showroom locally.

Try this ultimate flu buster...

Nature's Flu Shot (makes 1 large drink)

Combine: (in a NutriBullet or something similar works best otherwise just crush garlic, ginger and turmeric and mix with the other ingredients)

Juice of 1 Lemon
Juice of half a Grapefruit
Small Knuckle of Ginger
2-3 Cloves of Garlic
1 Tsp Fresh or Powdered Turmeric
A pinch of Black Pepper (optional)
1 Tblsp Honey
1-2 Tblsp Coconut Oil
1 cup of Hot Water

Blend all together and enjoy!
*More honey can be added to sweeten up.
Soothes sore throat, dissolves mucous, promotes health!
