At Mana, your safety and comfort always come first — especially during pregnancy.
While massage can be incredibly supportive later on, we do not offer pregnancy massage during the first trimester. This early stage involves rapid changes in your body, and avoiding massage ensures complete safety for both you and your baby.

But you can still enjoy beautiful, calming treatments. We recommend a pregnancy-safe facial, such as our Clarity Facial, to help you relax, reduce stress and feel refreshed during those early weeks.

From the second trimester onward, we can safely offer pregnancy massage with adjusted positioning, gentle pressure and full support to keep you comfortable.
