What are you doing for Mother’s Day? 💐✨

Remember, the winner will be drawn on the 8th of May, so make sure your appointment is booked before the 8th of May for a chance to win! 🗓️✨
During a dental check-up, we’re not just looking for cavities. Changes in your gums, tissues, and oral health can sometimes indicate broader health concerns — including signs linked to conditions like diabetes, nutritional deficiencies, and even stress.
Your mouth is often one of the first places these signs appear.
Regular dental visits aren’t just about your smile — they’re an important part of looking after your overall health.
We always recommend visiting your local dentist for regular check-ups and personalised advice.

Did you know temperature changes can affect your teeth? ☕🍦
Switching quickly between very hot and very cold foods — like coffee after ice cream — can create tiny stress cracks in your enamel. They’re microscopic, but over time they can contribute to sensitivity and wear.
A simple tip: give your teeth a moment to adjust between hot and cold.
Small habits like this help protect your smile long-term.
We always recommend visiting your local dentist for regular check-ups and personalised advice.
