Friends, I’d like to share with you the Setter family's time-tested remedies that have been passed down through generations. Grandma Edith was particularly proud of her use of vitamin E oil to alleviate bruising after a fall. As a child growing up in Townsville, North Queensland, I frequently experienced bruising from my active lifestyle, and Grandma Edith's application of vitamin E oil was a godsend.

Welcome to Friday!!! I have had a very extremely full clinic this week! Successfully helping my clients seeking pain relief from shoulder and rhomboid pain to L5S1 bulging disc pain at 8/10, knee pain at 7/10, arthritis pain 5/10, migraine, to TMJ Disfuction relief and recovery, and still making great progress with a child with wry neck.
