What an afternoon!

Despite the wild weather, our Grand Opening was a huge success — and it's all thanks to our amazing community!
A big thank you to everyone who showed up to celebrate the launch of our brand new Community Hub in Brendale. Your support means the world to us.

We were honoured to have Ali France MP and Moreton Bay Mayor Peter Flannery join us. Their inspiring words of encouragement — especially for our special guest Riley Grace, who is heading to the Adaptive CrossFit Games in Las Vegas — made the afternoon even more meaningful.

Based in Brendale and open to NDIS participants and aged care clients.

💪 Our PTs are stepping up — for Riley!

We’re incredibly proud of our Personal Trainers who are not only backing Riley Grace’s journey to the 2025 Adaptive CrossFit Games in Las Vegas, but also inspiring our clients to get involved!

Together, they’re smashing out 20 push-ups a day for the month of July, raising awareness and funds to help get Riley to the USA.

Their energy, encouragement, and belief in inclusion is what makes our community so strong. Let’s keep pushing for Riley — every rep, every share, every dollar counts.
