QLD Guinea Pig Refuge QLD Guinea Pig Refuge is a not for profit organisation, dedicated to helping mistreated, abused and no longer wanted guinea pigs in need.

We don't have an actual shelter. All our guinea pigs live on foster carer throughout Brisbane. We hire out the local Scout Den on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month to hold our Open Days

If you are looking to adopt, you must fill out an adoption form 48 hours before Open Day.

We say it every open day, and we always mean it - WE COULDN’T DO WHAT WE DO WITHOUT YOU! 💕

📅 Our next open day is 16 May 2026. This will be the LAST DAY for baths and haircuts before we stop over winter.

Keep an eye out for info on hay and pig n’ mix preorders and we’ll see you then!
