Dear Families,

We're excited to open the bookings for December-January Vacation Care!

Please read the below information carefully prior to submitting your bookings.

Rooms:
2025
VAC JR P-2 - 2025 Prep-Grade Two
VAC SR 3-6 - 2025 Grade Three-Grade Six

2026
VAC JR PREP - 2026 Prep
VAC JR P-2 - 2026 Grade One-Grade Two
VAC SR 3-6 - 2026 Grade Three-Grade Six

Bookings made into the incorrect rooms will be removed. Substitute bookings may not be available.
Please note that Grade Six children are able to attend during the December period only.
During January we transition the 2025 Grade Two children into the Senior room named 'VAC SR'. In January, Prep 2026 children are to be booked into the ‘VAC JR PREP’ room.

Cancellations & Waitlists:
Please note that cancellations submitted after 28th November 2025 will incur the full session fee and will be marked as an absence.
Should rooms experience waitlists, sessions that become available will be offered based on our priority of access, and on the time the bookings are received.

Forms:
All risk assessments must be signed by 5th December 2025. Children are unable to attend if the Risk Assessments have not been accepted. Please follow this link: https://form.jotform.com/253071566284864

For families returning in 2026, please ensure you have submitted your 2026 Re-Enrolment form so that your children can attend in the January period.

Attached is the program, and a sheet on how to book the Vacation Care Days. We encourage you to read this, as it contains important information. During vacation care OSH Club provides breakfast and a small afternoon snack. Families are required to provide morning tea and lunch. As we have many children with nut allergies, we do not allow nuts or nut products to be packed.

Christmas Closure:
Please note that OSH Club will be closed Monday 22nd December 2025 – Friday 2nd January 2026.

Dear Families,

We're excited to release our December-January Vacation Care program!

Bookings will open on Monday 17th November at 5:30pm.

Days marked yellow are incursions, and days marked green are excursions. All families booking into this vacation care period are to sign the appropriate Risk Assessments. A link to these Risk Assessments will be posted when the bookings open next week. To secure your spots on these days, you must provide your consent for your child to engage in these activities. Consent must be provided by 05/12/2025; unfortunately, if consent is not given your bookings will be removed. Please carefully read the information for each day.

Emergency contacts
Please include at least 2 emergency contacts that can be contacted if we can’t reach you.

Emergency contact authorisations:
o Excursion – Authorised to give permission for child to attend excursions
o Medication – Authorised to give service permission to administer medication (like Panadol)
o Collection – Permitted to drop off and collect the child
o Transportation – Authorised to give permission for transporting the child
o Emergency contact – We can call this person if we cannot reach you.
