& happiness is about how we respond to our Human Needs in life.
One important need is, to create Balance.
Balance between
Us:As a unique being with desires, passions and even darks
& the outside world: Our roles, responsibilities and duties
However, sometimes this task is very difficult and even impossible, and may cause us feeling unhappy, guilt or regret.
A key to overcome this problem is to equip and empower ourselves with inner Self- support (Self- leadership & Self- Care)
Self-leadership: Understanding deeper self & values and taking Direction towards them considering our limitations and strengths.
Self- Care: Ensuring to Take care of our holistic health( mind, body, sprit & heart) and make it priority.

زندگی درباره خوشبختی است
و خوشبختی درباره اینکه ما چطور به نیازهای انسانیمان پاسخ میدهیم.
یکی از این نیازها در زندگی، نیاز به توازن هست.
توازن بین
خود ما با تمام خواسته ها، شورها، شوقها و حتی، تاریکیها
و دنیای بیرون از ما نقشها، مسئولیتها، وظایف
گاها تجربه میکتیم که برقراری این توازن کار بسیار سخت و حتی غیر ممکن خواهد بود
و در نتیجه آن احساس غمگینی، گناه و شاید پشیمانی میکنیم
یک کلید برای رفع این مشکل میتواند مجهز کردن خود به یک به حمایتگر درونی بنام خویش مراقبتی- و خویش - رهبری باشد.
خویش رهبری: شناخت عمیق ارزشهای خویش و جهت گیری و هدفمندی در زندگی با در نظر گرفتن محدودیتها و قوتها
خویش مراقبتی: مراقبت جامع از سلامت خویش بدن، ذهن، روح و روان، ارتباطات معنا دار و اطمینان ازاولویت قرار گرفتن آن در زندگی

To all my friends and followers,

I hope you are happy and healthy where ever you are in this world or where ever you are in life.
It’s been a while, I have been thinking to create this space to be able to share my learning & experiences about Art therapy and my working projects about self-development & happiness with the world greater than myself. However, since these days my need is to focus more on my own personal & family life because I have been away from these important aspects of my life for a while so I decided to take the opportunity while living my own life, every now and then share my learnings, experiences and life journey with you.

I should confess, I haven’t been a good friend with social media so far, but now I think, I would like to take the opportunity to learn and make a better relationship with that because of my goal. 😊🙏❤️

The topics I would like to share in this space include:

My kind of Sprituality 🌻🌻

My Kind of Spirituality

My kind of spirituality is the kind that needs no name.
It respects no rules and fits no form.
It’s as unique as an evening star, and fluid as the morning mists.

My kind of spirituality doesn’t come from the pages of a book, but rises up from the depths of my soul. My sacred scriptures are written on the river currents and my favorite hymns are whispered on the wind.

The forest is my church and my body is my holy temple.
My favorite teachers are the birds and the trees; and among my guides are the sun, moon, and stars.

My kind of spirituality honors all prophets and respects all saints; and it recognizes truth no matter its guise.
I hang out with Buddha and talk with Christ.
I serve love and obey my heart.
I bow before the mother earth, beauty, light, and father sky; and I think of worship as writing poetry, planting flowers, and making love.

My kind of spirituality is the kind that respects all life and knows the consciousness in all things.
It’s about honoring people, beasts, the skies, and the seas at once and equally. I speak to the animals and sometimes hug the trees. I humble myself before mountains and streams, flow with the breeze, and speak directly to the sun.

My kind of spirituality is the kind that dives down deep.
I see peoples’ colors and hear their vibes.
I feel what others feel.
I know what you’re trying to tell me even when you have no words. I believe in the healing touch and the power of unconditional love; and I see divinity in everything.

My kind of spirituality is about being as free as the birds, grounded as the trees, and honest as the clear blue sea.
My heaven is here on earth, and my hell is too.
The whispers of my spirit are my pastor, priest, and cleric, and my savior is in the mirror looking back at me.
In divine synchronicity I trust, in love I am purified,
and in my own tears I have been baptized.

My kind of spirituality isn’t at odds with yours,
whatever it may be.
I love your spirit.
I respect your truth.
I see the light that shines from behind your eyes and I’m in awe of the beauty that you hold inside.
I’ll be your teacher if you will be mine.

My kind of spirituality is the kind that others may not always understand, but it leads me to truth as surely as the rivers run into the sea. All that really matters is that my kind of spirituality is exactly what I need it to be.

دوستان و هموطنان خوبم سلام،
من ترلان غیاثی هستم هنردرمان. بسیار خرسندم که در این ترم جدید در خدمت شما عزیزان خواهم بود در دوره آموزشی با عنوان " بیداری رهبر درون" سفری از خودمهروزی تا شکوفایی که در مرکز کانون ایرانیان کوئینزلند برگزار خواهد شد روزهای شنبه ساعت 9-11 صبح و اولین جلسه شنبه آینده 24 آپریل می باشد.
در این برنامه، در صدد هستم تا با آموزش برخی تکنیکهای هنردرمانی به شما عزیزان کمک کنم تا جعبه ابزاری برای بهبود مراقبت از سلامت خویش ،(self-care) ، مدیریت زندگی در جهت رشد و شکوفایی با چاشنی هنر و خلاقیت فراهم آورید.
از آنجایی که در دنیایی زندگی می کنیم که گاها دسترسی به مراکز سلامت روان برایمان امکان پذیر نمی باشد و یا شاید صحبت کردن در مورد درونیات و مشکلاتمان با دیگران کار سخت و دشواری باشد (بخصوص با درنظر گرفتن مهاجرت و محدودیت های ناشی از آن) ،و از آنجا که نیاز برای بهبود درزندگی و شکوفایی و رشد یکی از نیازهای بنیادین و انسانی ماست، لذا بر آن شدم تا با آموزش تکنیک های هنردرمانی که یک روش خودیاری رسان غیر گفتاری و خلاقانه در جهت بهبود سلامت روان می باشد، گامی به سوی بهبود سلامت جمعی هموطنان عزیزم بردارم. امید است که بتوانیم همگی زندگی با شوق و پرمعناتری را درسرزمین جدیدمان تجربه کنیم.
هنردرمانی:
ترکیبی است از روانشناسی و هنر، جهت بهبود سلامت روان می باشد. در این روش افراد با بکارگیری ابزارهای مختلف هنری از جمله نقاشی، موسیقی، رقص، شعر، داستان و نمایش قادرند از طریق بیان متافوریک احساسات، عواطف و گره های ذهنی خود را بیان کنند و با دسترسی به ناخودآگاهی خویش پاسخی و یا معنایی جدید برای چالشهای خود بیابند. در هنر درمانی آنچه مورد اهمیت است پروسه انجام کار هنری است که باعث اگاهی و رشد می شود نه محصول نهایی. در برنامه های هنردرمانی، کار هنری هیچگاه مورد قضاوت قرار نمیگیرد. و اساسا نیازی به آشنایی قبلی یا توانمندی هنری نمی باشد.
مدل "رهبر درون" و بیشینه برنامه
در این پروژه من تجارب کاری سابق خودم را در زمینه کار کردن در محیط سازمانی بعنوان کارشناس پیاده سازی استاندارد سیستم مدیریت کیفیت (ISO) و همچنین کنترل پروژه با تجریه کاری اخیرم در زمینه سلامتی جامع(Holistic well-being) بعنوان هنردرمان تلفیق نموده و یک سیستم سلامتی-مدیریتی خلاقانه خود یاری رسان با عنوان “بیداری رهبر درون "ایجاد نمودم.

نام برنامه: دوره آموزشی " بیداری رهبر درون" سفری از خودمهروزی تا شکوفایی.
هدف برنامه :
از طریق یاگیری و بکارگیری مدل “بیداری رهبر درون"، ما با تکینیک هایی خلاقانه جهت درک عمیق خویش از طریق خودآگاهی و خود مهرورزی، شفای درون و کشف سازو کارهای مدیریت زندگی جهت ایجاد تعادل ورشد آشنا می شویم و همزمان در طی این برنامه یاد میگیریم که آنرا بصورت عملی درزندگی خویش پیاده نماییم.
این برنامه به ما کمک می کند تا با استفاده از ابزارهای های هنردرمانی-مایندفولنس و مدیریتی، وبا نگرش عطوفت ، عشق، پذیرش و خلوص در مسیر شناخت عمیق خویش و در راستای بهبود زندگی و شکوفایی قدم برداریم.

If I had to choose between Happiness and Art therapy as a name for my Business then I had to go with "Happiness" and art therapy as a tool to discover this land. At the end (so far) I came up with the name "Art for Thrive" . Do you know what is the relationship between Happiness and Thrive (blossoming)? Or what overally Happiness mean to you?! If you wanted to express happiness metaphorically what could that be look like?! A tree, a sun, or specific colour, or person ?! For what characteristics you chose this metaphor?!
