Did you know that heart problems can develop silently, without obvious symptoms? An echocardiogram is a quick, painless test that shows how well your heart is functioning. Even if you feel fine, your doctor may recommend one to check for hidden issues like valve disease or early signs of heart failure - especially if you have risk factors like high blood pressure or a family history of heart disease. Think of it as a window into your heart’s health, helping to catch problems early before they become serious.

We have Heart Health specialists visiting Albany Clinic every fortnight to perform Bulk-Billed echocardiograms, reported on by a cardiologist & results sent back to your GP the same day. Ask your GP about your eligibility at your next appointment.
