✨ Big News from Rest Massage Studio ✨

After a beautiful season inside the S&J Integrated Wellness, it’s time for the next chapter… and I’m so excited to finally share it with you.

August will be my final month in this current space, and while I’ve loved being part of the Pilates community, it’s time to create something of my own — something even more aligned with the kind of deep, restorative rest I love to offer.

My next space?
It will be calmer, quieter, and more spacious. A dedicated self care studio where massage is just the beginning.

Yesterday I headed down to the Gold Coast for a special product launch preview of dōTERRA’s new Japanese skincare range, Ikise™ (粋精).

I had the chance to hear directly from the creator about the thought, care, and intention behind this beautiful new range. Every step. From ingredient sourcing to formulation to packaging. Each step has been thoughtfully designed to honour both ancient Japanese skincare rituals and modern science.

What stood out to me most is the cutting-edge technology behind it. Each product in the range rates an impressive 93–100% on the Natural Origin Index, using advanced botanical blends, fermented plant extracts, essential oils, and humic shale minerals—all sourced in Japan. Just a little heads-up—my availability at Rest Massage Studio will be adjusted during the school holidays to help balance mum life and massage life. 💆‍♀️💛

If you need a little time out for yourself (and let’s be honest, we all do during the holidays!), I’ll still be offering appointments from Friday to Sunday each week between Monday 30th June and Sunday 20th July.

✨ Normal availability will resume from Monday 21st July.

Spots tend to fill quickly, so be sure to book in early if you're craving some rest and relaxation these holidays.

Hi, I’m Holly, a passionate massage therapist and the founder of Rest Massage Studio and Rest Easy Expo. My greatest joy is helping people relax, unwind, and find those moments of true peace and stillness in their busy lives.

With over four years of experience, I’ve worked in a range of settings—including chiropractic clinics, wellness centres, and mobile massage—giving me a deep understanding of how massage can support both the body and mind.
