“I reached a point where I was just so tired of
being tired. I had little energy, constant bloating, and ongoing digestive issues. I knew I needed to make a change, but I had no idea where to start or what would actually work.

A friend recommended I see Jess, and from our very first session I knew I was in good hands. She gave me the personalised advice and education I’d been missing, and helped me understand why certain changes were important, which made it so much easier to follow through.

Since working together, I’m no longer yawning my way through the day. My energy is back, my digestion has improved, and I feel so much happier in myself. The process wasn’t hard or restrictive and it was surprisingly simple once I understood what my body needed.

One thing I’ve really appreciated is the take-home information Jess provides. It’s been great to refer back to, so I can keep learning and reinforcing what I’ve changed.

If you’re feeling the way I was, my advice is simple: don’t wait — start now. You’ll thank yourself later.”

Why You Haven’t Lost Weight – Even if You’re Counting Your Calories

You’ve been tracking every bite, measuring portions, and sticking to your calorie target
yet the scales won’t budge. Sound familiar?

Here’s the thing, weight loss isn’t just about calories in vs. calories out!

Other factors could be holding you back, including:
-Protein intake: Not getting enough can slow your metabolism and make you hungrier.
-Quality of calories: 1,500 calories of whole foods fuels your body very differently to 1,500 calories of processed snacks.
-Stress and sleep: High stress and poor sleep disrupt hunger hormones and fat storage.
-Hidden inflammation or sensitivities: Your body may be fighting food it doesn’t agree with. (A hair test might help!)
-Strength training: Without building muscle, your metabolism can slow over time.

The key is looking at the bigger picture of your nutrition quality, lifestyle habits, hormones, and muscle health. It’s not just numbers on a tracker.
If you’ve been “doing everything right” and still not seeing results, it’s time for a new approach.

Reach out and let’s chat about what’s really going on.

Grilled Chicken & Quinoa Bowl

Want a balanced and nourishing bowl perfect for lunch or dinner? Packed with 40g of protein, fibre-rich quinoa, and colourful veggies. This simple dish is delicious, satisfying, and great for meal prep! Drizzled with a zesty dressing, it's a healthy meal the whole family can enjoy.

Ingredients
-150 grams Chicken Breast (boneless, skinless)
-2 tsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil (divided)
-2 tsps Lemon Juice (divided)
-2/3 tsp Italian Seasoning (divided)
-1/4 cup Quinoa (dry, rinsed)
-1 1/3 tbsps Feta Cheese (crumbled)
-1/8 Cucumber (large, diced)
-2/3 cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
-1 1/3 tbsps Red Onion (finely chopped)
-2 2/3 tbsps Pitted Kalamata Olives (chopped)

Method:
1-Marinate the chicken in the fridge for at least 30 minutes with half each of
the oil, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning.
2-Cook the quinoa according to the package directions.
3-Gently toss the feta in the remaining oil, lemon juice, and seasoning.
4-Meanwhile, preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for eight
to 10 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Let rest for five minutes
before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
5-Divide the cooked quinoa, chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and
olives evenly into bowls. Top with the feta mixture. Enjoy!

Client Testimonial

“I came to Jess with gut issues, poor sleep, and high stress. I knew I needed to make some lifestyle changes to feel better day to day. I’d tried figuring it out myself, but nothing was working.
Jess was recommended to me by my boss, and I’m so glad I followed through, she’s helped immensely.
Before we began working together, I was dealing with digestive issues, poor sleep, and high stress levels. One of my biggest frustrations was not knowing what was triggering my bowel problems or how to manage them.
Since working with Jess, I’ve lost weight, my gut health has improved significantly, I have more energy, I’m sleeping better, and my eating habits are in a much better place. The meal plans and suggestions for alternative foods were especially helpful-simple changes that made a big difference.
What surprised me most was how manageable it all felt. It wasn’t as hard to shift my habits as I thought it would be, especially with the right guidance.
Now, I feel a lot happier and healthier — and that’s made me more comfortable in my everyday life.
If you’re thinking about making a change, don’t wait. Do it sooner rather than later. Feeling better in your body makes everything more enjoyable.
I really appreciate the help Jess has given me and I feel more confident and comfortable than I have in a long time.”

“As a busy working mum, I’d started to feel really lost within myself since having kids. My energy was low, I was constantly bloated, dealing with digestive discomfort, and my anxiety was creeping up as a result. I knew I wanted to get my health back on track but didn’t know where to start.
My brother actually told me about a seminar Jess was hosting, and after checking out her website and seeing that she offered services like hair sample testing, I decided to reach out.
Before working with Jess, I was struggling with motivation and meal planning and like many mums, I just didn’t have the mental space to figure it all out. I’ve had food sensitivities and unhelpful eating habits for a while, and I was stuck in a cycle of frustration.
Since working together, I’ve cut out gluten completely and have slowly been reducing dairy and I feel so much better for it. My digestive issues have really settled, which has helped ease my anxiety too. I’ve also become far more conscious about what I buy and how we eat as a family.
The education side of Jess’s support has been a real game-changer for me. I love understanding the “why” behind her recommendations. It makes everything feel more doable and meaningful. My mindset around food has shifted a lot, and I now approach eating with more awareness and less pressure.
What surprised me most was how simple the changes felt. Jess makes the process feel achievable.
I feel a lot better within myself now. There’s still work to do but I finally feel capable of making those changes in a way that fits around my life.
My biggest advice to any other mums thinking about making a change is: start small. Make one shift, then build from there. It doesn’t have to be all or nothing.
Working with Jess has been really great and I think it’s because she works with you, not the other way around. By that I mean she understands that I’m a working Mum and don’t necessarily have a lot of time to dedicate to making a lot of changes at once. She never judges or makes me feel like I could have done more. I feel like she understands as she can relate so she’s there to help and guide.”

One Simple Swap: Chips for Popcorn

Craving something salty and crunchy? Instead of reaching for chips, try some popcorn or roasted chickpeas.

They still hit the spot but with less saturated fat and more fibre!
Popcorn is a wholegrain, so it is high in fibre and surprisingly filling. Roasted chickpeas offer a crunch with plant-based protein

It is a better swap for your heart, digestion, and your energy levels, without missing out on that satisfying crunch.
