Reading comes in more than one form.

Today on World Braille Day, we recognise the importance of accessible communication and the power of independence it provides for blind and low-vision communities.

Let’s celebrate the many ways people read, learn and connect simply beyond sight alone.

Another year down! Make this the year you truly care for your vision by implementing a few simple eye health resolutions.

A new year brings new routines, fresh habits and the perfect opportunity to put your eye health first.

1️⃣ Book your eye exam early:

Starting the year with an eye exam means your prescription is up to date and any potential changes or early signs of eye conditions can be identified before they become an issue. It’s one of the most important steps you can take for long-term vision care.

2️⃣ Make eye care part of your daily routine:

Small habits make a big difference. Simple steps like cleaning your eyewear, taking screen breaks and using lubricating eye drops can improve daily comfort and support healthier eyes over time.

3️⃣ Refresh your eyewear:

Has it been a while since you’ve updated your frames or lenses? A fresh pair can improve not only how well you see, but how confident you feel. Pop in and discover a new look for the year ahead.

These simple steps can make a powerful difference to your vision long term — and we’re here to help you tick every one of them off.
