The sun is a source of vitamin D, reduces stress and makes our lives happier! The sun's rays can have harmful effects on the skin but, by following these tips, you will be protecting yourself correctly. ☀️

1️⃣ Choose a broad-spectrum sunblock.
2️⃣ Use a high SPF sunscreen (50+).
3️⃣ Choose the right texture for your skin type.
4️⃣ Apply the correct amount: two-finger widths of the product to cover the face, neck and neckline and the equivalent of 6 tablespoons to cover the body.
6️⃣ Reapply the sunscreen every two hours.
